Brittany & Sean - A Glamorous Wedding in the Charming Legal Countryside

Outdoors, Wedding Photography

I was originally contacted by Hannah, Brittany's best friend, in March of this year. She explained she was scouting a wedding photographer on behalf of her best friend and that they were hoping to acquire a customized package for just three hours of photography services for Brittany's wedding. I was happy to oblige, as I had a new opening for the date she inquired for anyway, and I customized a service option for Brittany that she and Hannah were happy to accept.

In just three quick hours, we covered a first look, all the bride and groom portraits followed by family portraits, and finally, the ceremony and a part of the reception (a very fun part!). From this experience was the latest package option born that I now offer - the Micro Wedding Package. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went, how much we were able to cover in three hours, and how little stress the photography placed on the bride and groom and wedding party due to the short amount of time that we would be operating - it was a fantastic mix and I certainly hope to do it again!

Brittany and Sean held their entire wedding in their own backyard of their acreage property in a beautiful little acreage subdivision outside of Legal, AB. It was a high cast glowy and sunny day and their wedding could not possibly have been more beautiful! It was so much fun to work with them and their wedding party, lining up the fellas for a nice groom and groomsmen shot while playfully bickering, and then working with our glowing bride Brittany and her beautiful bridesmaids. Fun was certainly had by all!

Thank you Hannah for scouting my services, and thank you Brittany and Sean for trusting me to capture your unforgettable day of love in the gorgeous countryside! Cheers to your marriage and many many years together!

Sean teared up and little did he know, so did my assistant and I. First looks are always such a wonderfully emotional moment to capture.

I had a hard time not tearing up during some parts of Hannah's speech. What a true and loving friend. I hope hers and Brittany's friendship flourishes forever.

Thanks for reading!!
